- Anterior ST-elevation myocardial infarction, primary PCI with a drug-eluting stent to the left anterior descending artery.
- Ejection fraction 38% on the pre-discharge echocardiogram.
- Type 2 diabetes for eight years; long-standing reflux.
- Smokes 15 a day and has not yet been asked about it.
- Creatinine and potassium normal today.
